These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StarkLoan website and loan enquiry service ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting the application form on this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

StarkLoan is a loan facilitation / DSA (Direct Selling Agent) service. We are not a bank or NBFC. We do not sanction, underwrite, or disburse any loan. We connect applicants with our RBI-regulated bank and NBFC partners, who alone make the final decision to approve, reject, or set the terms of any loan.

2. Eligibility

To use this service, you must be at least 18 years old, a resident of India, and legally competent to enter into a binding financial agreement. By submitting the form, you confirm that you meet these conditions and that all information and documents you provide are true, accurate, and belong to you.

3. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

Submitting an enquiry through StarkLoan does not guarantee loan approval. Interest rates, loan amounts, tenure, and eligibility shown on this website are indicative starting figures from our partner lenders and are subject to change based on your credit profile, lender policy, and prevailing market conditions at the time of application. Final terms are decided solely by the lending bank/NBFC.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information in your application
• Upload only genuine documents that belong to you
• Not use this service for any fraudulent, unlawful, or impersonation purpose
• Keep your contact details up to date so our team and our lending partners can reach you

5. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting the application form, you consent to being contacted by StarkLoan and/or its partner lenders via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, and email regarding your loan enquiry — including if your number is registered under the National Do Not Call (NDNC) / Do Not Disturb (DND) registry — solely for purposes connected to the loan application you have initiated.

6. Documents You Submit

Documents you upload (such as Aadhaar, PAN, salary slips, bank statements, ITR, or business registration proof) are used solely to assess and forward your loan application to a suitable lending partner. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how this data is stored, used, and retained.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the StarkLoan name, logo, design, and text — is the property of StarkLoan and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

This website may direct you to third-party services such as WhatsApp, or to the website of a partner bank/NBFC. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, over which we have no control.

9. Limitation of Liability

StarkLoan acts solely as a facilitator. We are not liable for any loss, delay, denial, or dispute arising from a lending partner's decision, disbursal timeline, or loan terms. Rate and eligibility information on this site is indicative and provided in good faith but is not a binding offer.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold StarkLoan harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from inaccurate information you provide, fraudulent documents you submit, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or discontinue your access to this service at any time, without notice, if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or a breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan.
